RATHMULLAN    Rathmullan is a small, quiet village located approximately 12 miles from Letterkenny.  With its' pier servicing the jetty for sail boats and deep sea angling, even the visitor that just wants the peace and tranquility of the long sandy beach and wooded walkways that overlook Lough Swilly, will not be disappointed.Like all Irish villages, you will find a warm welcome.

 

 

Just 2 miles out of Rathmullan you'll find Otway Golf Club, one of the oldest in Ireland.  Carry on along this road and you will discover the panoramic coastal road of Knockalla, with breath-taking Atlantic views, leading to Portsalon with yet another fine golf course.

 Rathmullan is well remembered for the historical "Flight of the Earls", and a visit to the historic centre near the pier is a must.
