		A2	Harbour Quay Roundabout Travelodge (City of Derry) At roundabout take 3rd exit
		A2	Queens Quay Roundabout At roundabout take 2nd exit Follow signs Buncrana A2
		A2	Pennyburn Roundabout At roundabout take 1st exit
		A2	The Branch Roundabout (Junction with A515/B507) At roundabout take 2nd exit
		N13	Border with Republic of Ireland Forward N13
		N13	Bridgend At roundabout take 1st exit In 6 miles bear right then at T-junction turn right
		N13	Newtowncunningham In 2 miles bear right
		N13	Manorcunningham
		N13	Junction with N14 (east) At roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted Letterkenny)
		N14	Dry Arch Roundabout At roundabout take 2nd exit N14
		R245	LETTERKENNY Follow signs Rathmelton R245
		R247	Rathmelton At T-junction turn left (signposted Rathmullen) Cross river bridge and turn right R247 . Be careful here as you turn right immediately on crossing the bridge and you are turning right on a bend.
		R247	Arrive at Rathmullen. On entering Rathmullen, turn left at the Mace shop. Keep on this road (passing a chapel on your left). Follow the sign for The Fort Royal Hotel and Clearwaters Development.(You will be turning right on a bend so be careful). Follow the road past the trade entrance of the Rathmullan House Hotel.The Sycamores is the next entrance on the right. (If you go past the Fort Royal Hotel, you have gone too far!!) On entering the Sycamores take the first turning on the right. At the next turning vere right. (You will see No 29 straight ahead but ignore this as we are not beside No29.) Drive until you start going up a small incline. No 30 is straight in front of you.
